Bilingual Laundry Attendant — English + Spanish
We're a busy, well-run neighborhood laundromat — and we're growing. We're looking for 1–2 friendly, dependable team members who are fluent in both English and Spanish to help our customers, run drop-off wash/dry/fold orders, and keep our stores running smoothly. No laundry experience required; we'll train you.

What you'll do
- Give great, friendly customer service to self-serve and drop-off customers.
- Help customers with machines and handle basic equipment troubleshooting.
- Run the POS / credit-card transactions.
- Process wash/dry/fold drop-off orders accurately and on time.
- Keep the store clean, safe, and well-stocked; flag machine issues or hazards to management.
What we're looking for
- Fluent in BOTH English and Spanish — this is a true requirement, not a plus. Our customers speak both.
- Weekend availability required — laundromats are busiest on weekends.
- Able to lift/carry laundry up to ~30 lbs.
- Friendly, dependable, and reliable, with a positive attitude.
- Prior laundry, hotel/spa linen, retail, or cleaning experience is a plus — but not required.
Redmond & Queen Anne (Seattle)
We're hiring for two stores. Everyone trains at Redmond first; once the Queen Anne (Seattle) store opens (~late 2026), you'll work at the location you chose in the application.
